§ 52.99  PENALTY.
   Any person who uses water contrary to the terms of the emergency declaration shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100. Each day there is a violation of this chapter, it shall be considered a separate offense.
