§ 52.29 TURNING OFF WATER FOR FAILURE TO OBSERVE RESTRICTIONS.
   The municipality may turn off the water supply to the premises of any person who, after having been notified of the imposition of such emergency restrictions on the use of water, disregards such restrictions and such supply of water shall not again be turned on until the cost of turning the water off and turning the water on has been paid to the municipality.
