§ 52.24  DISCONTINUANCE OF USE.
   Any consumer desiring to discontinue the use of water shall request the municipality to effect such discontinuance by signing a written request to discontinue service. If any period of discontinuance of such use is less than six months, all water use charges, including minimum billings, shall apply.
