(A) All customers of solid waste disposal service occupying the premises being billed shall pay a monthly fee for said service. Residential customers shall be billed by and remit payment to the Municipal Clerk.
(B) Commercial customers shall be billed by and remit payment to firm under contract with the municipality for solid waste disposal service.
(C) If the premises becomes unoccupied and the customer request to discontinue solid waste disposal service, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to notify the municipality Clerk 30 days prior to discontinuance of service.
(D) Service may be discontinued in monthly increments only. It also becomes the responsibility of the customer to notify the Municipal Clerk 30 days prior to resumption of service.
