(A) The service fee for shutting off or turning on a water line shall be $50 during regular business hours and $100 at all other times.
(B) If a utility bill is not paid before it becomes delinquent, then a late fee of $15 shall also be charged and collected.
(C) The municipality may require a deposit of $100 from a subscriber before turning a utility service back on after the service was shut off for non-payment.
(D) Payment of all bills and fees shall be made at the office of the municipality and the employees of the municipality shall not accept payment at any other location.
