§ 30.01  EMINENT DOMAIN.
   The governing body may, after negotiations in good faith have failed, bring condemnation actions for the acquisition of property within the municipality. Such procedure shall be prescribed by state law and damages shall be paid to the condemned according to the provisions therein.
