531.07 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall not be deemed to be a limitation or restriction on the authority of any department, division, official or employee of the Municipality, but shall be deemed to be an enlargement of any authority existing by virtue of the statutes of the State or the ordinances of the Municipality. (Ord. 95-33. Passed 6-19-95.)
