505.18 FISHING AT COMMUNITY PARK.

(a) No person over the age of sixteen years shall fish at the Community Park ponds, as established by regulation of the Park and Recreation Board. The purpose of these facilities is to provide recreation for the younger children of the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
