505.17 CAPTURE AND REMOVAL OF PIGEONS.

The Municipal Manager or his or her designated representative is hereby authorized to make use of traps or other devices or means for the purpose of capturing or removing pigeons from the Municipality. (Ord. 10-40. Passed 11-1-10.)
