(a) The Animal Control Officer shall have the authority, within the purview of this chapter, to remove any animal from any property in a safe and humane fashion.
(b) The Animal Control Officer shall have the authority to process and/or dispose of any such animal as directed by the Municipality or its designated agency at the discretion of the Municipality.
(c) The Animal Control Officer shall have the authority to hold such animal at the designated agency for three days, after which time said designated agency may dispose of the animal at its discretion.
(d) The Animal Control Officer shall also have authority and power given pursuant to Regulation 810 of the Montgomery County Combined General Health District Sanitary Regulations concerning vaccination and procedures relating thereto.
