(a) All dogs in the Municipality over six months of age shall be properly immunized against rabies by their owners, keepers or harborers. The current rabies immunization tag must be displayed on the dog whenever the animal leaves the property of the owner.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
