351.18 PARKING WIDE VEHICLES ON STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall park or leave standing for more than one hour any tractor, semi- trailer or any vehicle more than seventy-eight inches in width upon any street or highway within the Municipality, except for loading or unloading, or where and when permitted in areas designated by signs erected pursuant to the direction of the Manager. This section shall not apply to any vehicle owned or operated by officers, agents or employees of the Municipality, including fire trucks, maintenance vehicles and emergency vehicles, while on official business, or when and where authorized by the Manager.    (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
