(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to permit sledding across Warren Street between the alley at Park Drive and the entrance to Camp Miami and to erect such traffic control devices as are necessary to insure that motor vehicle traffic is prevented from using the blocked portion of Warren Street to insure the safety of those sledding.
(b) During those periods when Warren Street is blocked by the City Manager to permit sledding across such street, no operator of a motor vehicle shall use such street at the area blocked. (Ord. 82-02. Passed 1-18-82.)
