(a) The City Manager is authorized and directed to close the Germantown covered bridge to all motorized vehicular traffic, including cars, trucks and motorcycles; pedestrian traffic and bicycles being specifically excluded.
(b) No person shall drive a motor vehicle, truck or motorcycle upon, along or across the Germantown covered bridge or damage the protective barricade closing traffic.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
