305.06 NOTICE AND APPROVAL BY COUNCIL MOTION.

The City Manager shall place any proposed regulation on the agenda of a regularly scheduled Council meeting prior to its adoption, which Council shall act upon at its next regularly scheduled Council meeting. The proposed regulation shall be adopted by the City Manager when approved by a majority vote of Council by motion.
