161.03 POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Full-time Police Officers shall be entitled to receive one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165.00) per year reimbursement for purchase of supplementary insurance to cover police officers for legal defense in criminal, civil and administrative matters, similar to the coverage provided by the Professional Law Enforcement Association, Legal Defense Fund.
