   Public Service Department employees who are in an official on-call status, shall be paid $100.00 per during on-call period.
   • Public Service Department employees serving as Superintendent shall receive $1.00 per hour for this extra duty.
   Police Officer in Charge (OIC) shall pay $1.00 per hour during designated time per Police policy.
   • Police Officers serving as Field Training Officers (FTO) shall be compensated $250.00 per year for this extra duty.
   Fire Department employees who joined the Fire Department as firefighters after July 1, 2008, will be required to complete and obtain certificates in Firefighter One Hazardous Materials Operation and EMT Basic.
   • Employees will be paid their hourly rate for shifts in station or portions thereof.
   • Employees running from home will be paid their hourly rate per run, plus $3.00 per hour.
   • Employees who work in station on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be compensated at time and one-half.
   Aquatic Center employees returning each year will receive a $.50 increase in pay per hour and may receive a $150.00 bonus per discretion of Pool Manager.
   Cellular Phone: Upon approval from the Department Head and City Manager, an employee may be provided a cellular telephone for City use. Alternatively, approved employees who utilize their personal cellular phones during the course of the day for City purposes, may receive a $25.00 per month stipend.
   Bonus Pay: the City Manager may award up to a $500.00 bonus payment to an employee for work above and beyond the scope of duty. The total of all bonus payments for all city employees shall not exceed $3000 per year.
