150.04 RULES, RECORDS AND ANNUAL REPORT.

The City Beautiful Commission shall adopt its own rules and elect its own officers annually. It shall keep current and complete records of its meetings and activities, and shall present an annual report to the Council on its yearly activities prior to January 31 of each year.
