The Board shall solicit community input, at least annually, on pool operations and desired capital improvements. This citizen input shall be documented and provided to Council.
The Board shall survey other community pools and be cognizant of admission fees, cost of season passes, general operational and maintenance procedures, capital improvements implemented or planned, and have general knowledge of the financial health and well-being of other local pools. This knowledge and experience shall be shared with Council so that they may take advantage of lessons learned in other communities when making decisions regarding the Germantown Pool. (Ord. 99-34.
