143.02 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

The Village Manager is hereby authorized to appoint, subject to the approval of Council a Director of Public Service to have such duties and authority over all public works in the divisions of Water, Sewer, Storm Sewers, Streets and Parks as may be assigned by the Village Manager.
