141.03 VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S DEPENDENTS FUND BOARD.

   (a)    There is hereby created a Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board, to consist of five members chosen as follows:

      (1)    Two members selected by Council;

      (2)    Two members selected by the Volunteer Fire Department; and

      (3)    One member selected by the four members selected as herein provided, and such member shall be an elector of the City, but he may not be a public employee, nor a member of Council nor a member of the Fire Department.

   (b)    The Board shall serve and be governed by Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
