The Finance Director of the Municipality of Germantown shall deposit all public funds received into the Municipality of Germantown’s bank account on the next business day following the day of receipt if the total amount of such moneys received exceeds one thousand dollars. If the total amount of such moneys received is less than one thousand dollars, the Finance Director shall deposit the public funds within three business days following the receipt of such moneys.
