(a) There is hereby established a Center Street Streetscape Fund.
(b) The Fund balance shall be invested, and all interest earned on the investment of said Fund balance shall accrue to the Fund.
(c) Expenditures from this Fund shall be restricted to costs related to the Center Street Streetscape project, municipal parking lot located on East Center Street and to supplement other revenue available for such purpose.
(d) Any and all fees collected for the purpose of this measure by the Village shall be deposited by the Finance Director in the Fund provided for herein.
