(a) There is hereby established a North Main Street Reconstruction Fund.
(b) The Fund balance shall be invested, and all interest earned on the investment of such Fund balance shall accrue to the Fund.
(c) Expenditures from this Fund shall be restricted to costs related to the North Main Street Reconstruction project and to supplement other revenue available for such purpose.
(d) Any and all fees collected for the purpose of this measure by the Village shall be deposited by the Finance Director in the Fund provided for herein.
