   The maximum height and minimum lot requirements within the Age Restricted Housing Community Overlay District shall be as follows:

Minimum Lot Width
60 Feet
Minimum Front Yard Setback
30 Feet
Minimum Side Yard Setback
10 Feet
Minimum Rear Yard Setback
30 Feet
Maximum Height
35 Feet
