1152.02 DEFINITION OF AGE RESTRICTED HOUSING.

An age-restricted residential development is any housing type that qualifies for an exemption as “Housing for Older Persons” under the Federal Fair Housing Amendment Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. 3607(B).
