(a) There is hereby established an Astoria Road Water/Sewer Improvement Fund.
(b) The Fund balance shall be invested, and all interest earned on the investment of such Fund balance shall accrue to the Fund.
(c) Expenditures from this Fund shall be restricted to costs related to the extension of water and sewer services on Astoria Road and, to supplement other revenue available for such purpose.
(d) Any and all fees collected for the purpose of this measure by the Village shall be deposited by the Finance Director in the Fund provided for herein.
