(a) There is hereby established a Weaver Road Bond Anticipation Note Fund.
(b) The Fund balance shall be invested, and all interest earned on the investment of such Fund balance shall accrue to the Fund.
(c) Expenditures from this Fund shall be restricted to costs related to the Weaver Road Waterline Extension Project and to supplement other revenue available for such purpose.
(d) The Finance Director shall deposit any and all funds received for the purpose of this measure in the Fund provided for herein.
