(a) The provisions of Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D) are hereby adopted, all as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to original Ordinance 87-13 and made a part hereof.
(b) The Finance Director is hereby designated as the officer to receive and disburse funds in accordance with the applicable procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
