(a) Upon approval of the State Auditor, there is hereby established a FEMA Fund.
(b) The fund balance shall be invested and all interest earned on the investment of said fund balance shall accrue to the fund.
(c) Any and all fees collected for the purpose of this measure by the Village shall be deposited by the Finance Director in the fund provided herein.
