(a) Upon approval of the State Auditor, there is hereby established a Dry Run Sewer Fund.
(b) The fund balance shall be invested and all interest earned on the investment of said fund balance shall accrue to the fund.
(c) Revenues deposited into this fund shall be obtained pursuant to Section 1145.08 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Village of Germantown.
(d) Expenditures from this fund shall be restricted to the costs related to the development of the Dry Run Sewer.
(e) Any and all fees collected for the purpose of this measure by the Village shall be deposited by the Finance Director in the fund provided herein.
