132.04 UNAVAILABILITY OF THE MANAGER.

In the event the Manager is not available, the Assistant Village Manager shall act on behalf of the Manager. In the event the Assistant Village Manager is not available, the Chief of Police shall act on behalf of the Manager. In the event the Chief of Police is not available, the Fire Chief shall act on behalf of the Manager. (Ord. 08-82. Passed 12-15-08.)
