132.02 COSTS FOR COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS.

   (a)    The Manager is hereby authorized and directed to establish costs for copies of public records requested pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.43(B).

   (b)    The Manager is directed to place on file with the Clerk of Council a copy of any established costs for copies of public records requested pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.43(B).
