1127.0D HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS.
   The maximum height and minimum lot requirements within the I Industrial District shall be as follows:
General Requirements for All Permitted Uses:
Minimum Lot Area
12,000 square feet
Minimum Lot Width
100 feet
Minimum Front Yard Setback
40 feet
Minimum Side Yard Setback
20 feet*
Minimum Rear Yard Setback
20 feet*
Maximum Height
40 feet
Maximum Lot Coverage
70%
 
* Except when abutting an R-District, it must be 50 feet.
