A building or premises may be used for the following purposes in the A-Agricultural District if a Conditional Use Permit for the use has been obtained in conformance with the provisions of these Regulations - Conditional Use Permit.
(a) Residential Uses.
(1) Bed and Breakfast Inns
(2) Home Occupations
(b) Public and Recreation Uses.
(1) Cemeteries
(2) Museums
(3) Child Day Care Centers, Commercial or Professional
(c) Retail Commercial and Service.
(1) Animal Hospitals, Veterinary Clinics
(2) Kennels
(d) Light Industrial.
(1) Wireless Telecommunications Facilities
