(a) The districts established above, as shown on the official Zoning Map, which, together with all data, references, explanatory material, and notations thereon, are hereby officially adopted as part of this Zoning Code and hereby incorporated by reference herein, thereby having the same force and effect as if herein fully described in writing.
(b) The official zoning map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor and Clerk of the Municipal Council. If, in accordance with the provisions of this Zoning Code, changes are made in district boundaries or other matter portrayed on the official Zoning Map, these changes shall be made on the official Zoning Map within 30 normal working days after effective date of the amendment.
(c) The original and one copy of the official Zoning Map are to be maintained and kept up to date; one copy on public display in the Municipal Council chambers, accessible to the public, and shall be final authority as to the current zoning status of lands, buildings, and other structures in the Municipality.
