955.05 ADDITIONAL METHODS OF DISPOSAL.

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit any person from donating or selling recyclables to any other person whether operating for profit or not for profit. Such person, partnership, organization, or corporation may not under any circumstance pick up such recyclable material from the curbside in the Village.
