All residential refuse and recyclable material shall be collected once each week. The contractor shall also provide for the pickup of bulk items at other times when notified by the customer three (3) days prior to the normally scheduled pickup days. Regular collection service shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
