The rate charges per calendar month for refuse disposal from City dwellings are hereby levied as follows:
(a) Monthly Fee Residential Pickup Per Residential Unit.
Effective June 1, 2022 - $17.88 + $.09 Fuel Charge = $17.97
Effective June 1, 2023 - $19.13 + $.09 Fuel Charge = $19.22
Effective June 1, 2024 - $20.47 + $.09 Fuel Charge = $20.56

(c) For multi-family units using containerized service, there shall be a $16.56 per month, per unit administrative charge in addition to the cost of containerized service regardless of size or frequency of container service.
(d) Residents may rent a 95-gallon refuse toter at a monthly cost of $2.50 per toter, in addition to the regular monthly waste collection fee. Said toter remains the property of the refuse hauler and is assigned to the residential address.
(e) The State of Ohio has passed a new gas tax that increases the price of waste collection pickup. This increase has been passed to the customers of the City for solid waste and curbside recycling services. The increase in fees shall be $0.09 per household per month for fuel charges for solid waste and curbside recycling services effective September 1, 2019.
