953.03 DISPOSAL.

All garbage, refuse and rubbish collected by the contractor shall be disposed of by means that meet all sanitary regulations. It shall be the obligation of the contractor to meet all requirements as to sanitation standards of the Montgomery County Combined Health District, Montgomery County Solid Waste District and other regulatory authorities. All solid waste haulers shall abide by all County, State and Federal laws and regulations.
