924.02 APPLICABILITY.

This regulation shall apply to all residential, commercial, industrial or institutional facilities responsible for discharges to the MS4 and on any lands in the Municipality of Germantown, except for those discharges generated by the activities detailed in Section 924.07(a)(1) to (a)(3) of this regulation.
