Any owner, agent, occupant, lessee or tenant of any building in the Municipality who, after written notification by the Manager or the Manager's designee of maintaining an illegible, unreadable building number or any other violation of this chapter, fails to correct the condition in accordance with the requirements of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
