The Village Manager or his/her designated agent may, and is hereby authorized to suspend or revoke a license issued hereunder for failure of a license to comply and to maintain compliance with, or for his/her violation of, any applicable provisions, standards or requirements of this chapter, or of regulations promulgated hereunder, or of any other applicable laws, ordinances or regulations. The Village Manager shall promptly transmit the licensee his/her decision in writing suspending or revoking the license informing the licensee as to the reason(s) as and for the suspension or revocation.
