703.07 EXCEPTIONS.
   The regulations in this chapter do not apply to:
   (a)   Mobile Food Vendors that supply food and/or beverages during any special public, school, or charitable event.
   (b)   Temporary sales of seasonal produce as otherwise regulated by separate ordinance.
