701.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Part - Seven Business Regulation Code, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).

(b) Whoever violates Section 701.06 shall be fined not more than five dollars ($5.00). (Ord. 750. Passed 12-18-44.)
