§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of § 117.61 shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of up to $100. Each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
