(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99
(B) Any consumer who shall violate or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 51.120 through 51.126 shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
