§ 34.22  DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.
   The Town Council hereby establishes the town deferred compensation plan for the voluntary participation of all eligible employees and elected officials. This plan is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein. Copies are available through city offices.
