(A) (1) From and after the effective date of this section, a fee of $5 per photograph shall be charged for any photograph by a town police officer of any accident scene or other incident which is of public record.
(2) The person or persons must purchase all photographs that turn out during development (12 per roll).
(B) Any revenue from the photographs authorized by this section shall be deposited into the Police Department’s Continuing Education Fund.
