The fees and charges set forth on the fee schedule appended to Ord. 98-05, and adopted and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same hereby are adopted and established as the fees and charges to be levied and imposed for the various services to be rendered and performed by the County Health Department, with the fees and charges, upon collection and receipt, to be deposited by the Department as required by law.
